Dear Friend,
I'm sure you've heard of
Jessica Lynch, the former POW. Like most Americans you probably prayed for her
safe return when it was announced that she was missing after her convoy of the
507th Ordnance Maintenance Company was caught off course and ambushed in Nasiriyah, Iraq.
Her videotaped rescue by Special
Forces from a Nasiriyah hospital literally sent a cheer from one end of this
country to another.
Since returning to civilian life Jessica has been battling to recover from
her injuries sustained during the ambush of her comrades' Humvee. It's a long
painful process that has required numerous surgeries and extensive physical
rehabilitation. Still hobbled and using a cane, Lynch spends several hours a
day in rehabilitation therapy. Nerve damage has left her unable to feel her
left foot, though doctors hope she will regain its full use. The Army awarded
her a medical retirement and an 80 percent disability pension.
But
this 100-pound West Virginian country girl is all grit. She has more fight in
her than 1,000 Iraqi terrorists. Instead of letting her terrible experience
bring her down, Jessica has been working non-stop to promote her charitable
foundation, the Jessica Lynch Foundation.
The Jessica Lynch
Foundation's goal is to educate children of veterans. She created this
foundation with proceeds from her $1 million book deal and is now raising funds
for it through the sale of a wonderful commemorative U.S. silver
coin.
I've been a rare coin
collector, dealer and investor for the past 37 years and I can say without any
reservation this is the most exciting and memorable rare coin collectible I've
ever had the privilege to handle.
I'm writing you to offer you a chance to obtain this rare collectible, while
at the same time benefit the Jessica Lynch Foundation. A portion of the proceeds
from the sale of this commemorative coin will go directly to the foundation.
Jessica
has personally signed a limited number of Gem Uncirculated 2003 Silver
Eagles (U.S. Silver Dollars) that have been independently graded and certified
by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). The coins are now available
for just $99.95 plus shipping & handling ($6.95 for one coin, $9.60 for
two or more coins).
I see these coins as a reminder of the tremendous sacrifice Jessica has made,
along with thousands of other troops who have been wounded or killed during
their missions in Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle East, some of whom have lost
their lives or been wounded.
Each coin will be delivered along with a commemorative poster as pictured (above
right). Each coin holder contains Jessica Lynch's handwritten signature and
a separate certificate of authenticity.
Please allow six to eight weeks delivery for your coin and poster. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with the coin, simply return it to us within ten
days and receive a refund for the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable).
Sorry, we will not ship coins internationally.*
I want to stress this is
not about profit for Jessica personally. Jessica loves children (she still
wants to be a kindergarten teacher), and her foundation's purpose is to help provide
every educational advantage possible for the children of our military veterans.
Jessica's best friend Pfc. Lori Piestewa, who died in the heat of battle on
that tragic March day, is survived by two small children. And there are
thousands of other children who will benefit, thanks to the Jessica Lynch
Foundation.
Again I have a very limited number of these 2003 U.S. Silver
Eagles. Please take a few minutes and either call 1-866-697-GOLD (4653) or 1-561-750-1716 and mention adcode WEBB0017, or click on the button below to place your order online.
Remember, as a special bonus I am also including the gorgeous poster pictured
in this message with every coin sold -- a $15 retail value. Show your support
for the Jessica Lynch Foundation and receive some of these great collectible
coins. They'll make great Christmas gifts for next season or just wonderful
mementos. Either way it's a wonderful opportunity.
Thank you for your help in
this effort.
God bless,

James DiGeorgia
